DAY 1 : MARRAKECH – OUARZAZATE – DADES VALLEY

Mysterious Morocco Tours organizes tour from Marrakech with experienced drivers and guides to explore Sahara desert. We will set off your hotel or riad at 8:00 am and head towards Dades Gorge by 4 x 4. On your way,You will pass by Tizi n’Tichka, 2260 metres high, in the High Atlas mountains. Breaks will be taken at your request whenever and wherever you want to take photos or to explore the local Authentic Berber villages where you can experience the charm of the Berber nomadic life style; on the way you will see Moroccan Berber women collect the grass for their cattle and farmers ploughing out and cultivating their lands,by using the donkeys and mules.Then we will continue our way to reach the majestic Telouat Kasbah owend by the powerful man in French protectorate Glaoui. you have a chance to enjoy the charm of beautiful valleys in the south east of Morocco,Ounila valley. Then all together Take a walk and cross the bridge river with your guide to discover Ait Benhaddou and dominate the Kasbahs once you get to the top of the hill.

You will visit one of the world UNESCO heritage sites which called Ait Benhaddou. It’s classified since 1987. This fortified Kasbah is an attractive site for private tours and excursions departing from Marrakech. Because of it’s beautiful architecture and natural decoration Ait Benhaddou Kasbah it becomes one of the famous locations that is used for movies shooting. such as “Gladiator”, “Lawrence of Arabia”, “Alexander”, “Kingdom of heaven”,”Babel” & “Prince of Percia”… After the kasbah visit you will enjoy Moroccan food in a typically Berber restaurant. Later on We will visit Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate built during the period of colonization.

We will then resume our journey, passing by Skoura palm trees, and the Rose Valley (Damaskin Roses). We will have dinner and spend the night in Dades Gorge hotel.

DAY 2 : DADES GORGES – TODGHA – MERZOUGA CAMEL RIDE

After have a late breakfast , we will set off the hotel at 8:30 am and head towards Sahara Desert Erg Chebbi. We will have a stops in Tinghir to take pictures; is absolutely fabulous place with beautiful palm trees, before arriving at Todgha Gorge, where we will have a 20 minutes of a walk between cliffs approximately 2400 metres high. It is a great place for rock climbing. We will have a delicious lunch before arriving at the Sahara desert where you will enjoy the beauty of the sand dunes and landscapes. Later on, you will have a tea in the hotel before ride camels in the Sahara desert. The night will be spent in the middle of the Sahara Desert in Berber tents enjoying the brilliance of the stars at night, and the gorgeous sunset.

DAY 3 : MERZOUGA – AGDZ – DRAA – OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH

We wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise over the dunes of Erg Chebbi, one the best moment of Merzouga desert, after you will be followed by a delicious breakfast in the bivouac of Merzouga, then you will ride camels back to meet your staff and start your journey back from Merzouga dunes to Marrakech via Tazarine and the Draa valley, Agdz and Ouarzazate city. You will have free time for lunch on the way before you will continue to Marrakech, where your tour from Marrakech to Merzouga ends. You will cross again the Tizi n’Tichka pass and Atlas the Berber villages between Ouarzazate and Marrakech.
