DAY 1 : Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Berber Villages – Ourika – Marrakech

We will pick you up from your riad in the morning and start our day trip to Ourika valley driving toward the Atlas Mountains. Ourika is located in about 60 km south of Marrakech, known with its weekly Berber Market (Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays). On the way to Ourika, you’ll be surprised by wonderful landscapes full of vibrant colours as we move through the hillsides, We continue driving for about an hour toward Setti Fatma where you can feel the refreshing waters of the seven waterfalls, beautiful cliffs, green valleys. You will explore a region which still practice a medieval agricultural tradition. Once we arrive to the valley, you’ll have time to walk around and to take photos. After that you can hike with a local guide to the first waterfall and back for lunch in a nice restaurant with a beautiful view of the valley and over the mountains, after lunch you have free time before we drive back to Marrakech.
